This page routes questions about official Hardeman County court dockets and records. District and constitutional County Court files begin with the combined clerk; Justice Court and municipal matters go to their separate offices. This site is not a court and cannot retrieve or change a case.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Here is where to route the requests most people ask about in Hardeman County:

  • A docket sheet: use the docket search guide, or request the docket from the office holding the case
  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: follow the case-search routes using a cause number when known
  • Court records and case files: see court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
